ABOUT ME

I am a certified coach and organizational consultant focused on designing solutions to support leaders, teams, and organizations navigating through change and complexity. I hold a Masters in Learning & Organizational Change and an Organization & Leadership Coach Certificate from Northwestern University. I am also certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and through Hogan Assessments.

I am a modern-day renaissance woman and agile solution designer. Over the 20 years of my professional career, I have developed expertise in change management and program design, business strategy, executive coaching, instructional design, facilitation, and visual design, to name a few. Across positions and career stages, I have used my unique skill set to lead with strategic thinking and find solutions to challenges related to strengthening strategic partnerships, building team and staff engagement, improving performance, and increasing work motivation. My expertise and approaches are highly informed by global perspectives and business views which originated in my experience living and traveling in a variety of counties. I grew up in Brazil and have traveled the world extensively. I am fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Coaching & Design Solutions is a culmination of my rich professional experiences and acquired expertise. I combine my talents to focus on helping:

individuals and leaders, to develop into their optimal selves;

organizations, to achieve a culture where active learning in the norm.

In my practice, clients will benefit from a unique combination of well-rounded cross-cultural competence, leadership, management and coaching experience, learning and organizational change expertise, design thinking strategies and a deep desire to help individuals and organizations to improve. I combine this with the rigorous leadership and organizational change formation I received to guide individuals by utilizing results-driving methods and approaches.
